I like to keep my portrait sessions fun, light hearted and relaxed so I can present you with beautiful family portraits and wonderful memories. I can photograph your family in your home or on location. My photos are light filled and clear and I aim to capture the essence of each family, unique to you.

What to expect
- We’ll chat beforehand – I’ll be in touch by phone or email so you know what to expect and can ask any questions before the day.
- Choose somewhere meaningful – Your session can take place at the beach, in the bush, at home or another favourite family spot.
- You don’t need to know how to pose – I’ll give you gentle direction when needed, so you’re never left wondering what to do.
- Kids can be kids! – They don’t need to sit still or smile on command. If they want to run, play or explore, we’ll work with it.
- Dad doesn’t have to love photos! – I’ll keep things relaxed and natural, so even those who aren’t comfortable in front of the camera can feel at ease.
- Expect a mix of photos – We’ll capture natural, candid moments as well as some gently guided portraits that show the connections between you.
- Think of it as a family adventure – We’ll move around the location where we can, making the session feel more like an outing than a formal photoshoot.
- Bring the essentials – A fed child is usually a happier child! Snacks and water are always a good idea, especially for little ones.
- Pets are welcome – Your four-legged family members can absolutely be part of the fun. I just ask that they’re kept safely under control.
- Golden hour is my favourite – Afternoon sessions give us that beautiful, soft, warm light that makes family photographs feel extra special.

02. Do you travel for photography sessions?
Yes!
I’m based in Sydney and love photographing families wherever their story takes them. I’m available throughout the Sydney metropolitan area, and I’m also happy to travel further afield — from the Central Coast and Blue Mountains to Wollongong and beyond.
For locations outside the Sydney metro area, a travel fee may apply. I’ll always let you know about any additional travel costs when we chat about your session.
03. What should we wear to our photo session?
- Pick a neutral base colour.
- Choose 2-3 colours that everyone is likely to have in their wardrobe.
- Play with layers and textures.
- Consider the location, eg for a beach session, go with clothing that suits that environment.
- Comfortable and casual clothes you feel good in.
04. how long til we get our photos after the session?
Once your photo session is complete, it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to receive your photos.
