Monday, 27th July was one of those days that felt a little bit magical. It started with an early morning drive down to beautiful Burrill Lake, where I was lucky enough to take part in a photography workshop.
The morning began with some valuable learning about the business side of photography before we welcomed a beautiful mum and her gorgeous little man into the holiday home for a photoshoot.
This shoot was such a great opportunity to try something a little different. We worked both indoors and outdoors and really played with the light, embracing direct sun and making the most of lots of bold, beautiful colours throughout the home. It was a new way of working for me, but I absolutely loved the results.
Afterwards, we continued learning more about the business side of photography before
having a beautiful homemade lunch.
After lunch, we got straight back into some more business education while we waited for our second family to arrive.
To be continued in Part 2.
